We maintain a respectful, inclusive learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward instructors or fellow students will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Students terminating services mid-program may receive partial refunds according to the specific program's refund policy. We may terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.
Our services are educational in nature and are not intended to replace formal academic credentials or certification unless explicitly stated. We make no guarantees about employment outcomes, exam results, or specific language proficiency achievements.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
